After we've processed your order, it will be shipped with the shipping method you selected. After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number. We offer gift wrap for all of our products. If you would like to include gift wrap and a card to your order, select the gift wrap option above the product description. You can also add a personalized message at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Your full satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. You can also exchange an item for a different size within 30 days of receiving it.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please e-mail us at info@puppygifts.com. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you've received the item you purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
